Chris Perry

Chris moved to Alexandria, Virginia in 2015 and has been working in the Real Estate market since 2018. In that short time, Chris has already established himself as a trusted and well-respected local Realtor®. He and his Partners were awarded Top Producer status in 2020 and 2021 by NVAR.

A native of Philadelphia, Chris graduated from the University of Delaware in 2004, then received his JD from Widener University School of Law. Prior to getting into Real Estate.

Chris was a practicing criminal defense attorney with one of the busiest and most successful trial teams in Montgomery County, PA. Then, after moving to the DMV, Chris continued to advocate for improvements to the justice system working with small non-profit organizations lobbying on Capitol Hill.

In Real Estate, Chris has again found an opportunity to help his community. Clients come to Chris and the MPH Home Team to collaborate with a trusted advisor who will work tirelessly to meet their goals.
